[ubuntu-in] USB Mass Storage unmount bug

Since its a cellphone connected as USB Mass Storage Device, I do not have
any LED's flashing.

As for the popup, it goes away even if I click on it with my mouse cursor.

I guess the manual sync would be the only way out in this case at the
moment.
