I have a Pentium dual core 2.0Ghz machine with 4 gb ram, 1GB Geforce 8600 
gt graphics, its capable enough to run crysis and GTA4 at decent graphics 
settings. 

I've tried virtual box in the past but i prefer to run the OS's natively.
