[ubuntu-in] IP blocked

Hi,my IP 69.60.114.104 has been blocked on the ubunut-in site..The site says
to contact Tuxmaniac...please unblock it...
And yeah the Bangalore page on Launchpad doesnt show up too...comes up with
a error...
