[ubuntu-in] kubuntu->konqueror optimization tip

Disable files preview option in konqueror (konqueror mail menu
->view->preview->disable preview) for better performance  .
I can realize more vibration and fan sound from my CPU .Running top
command shows that a  process named "kio_thumbnail" is was taking
about 70% CPU cycle in my system .

After searching on google i came to know that kio_thumbnail is
responsible for rendering the preview of file and it sounds like a bug
. if you have the same problem disable file preview option .
