If you arent in Jaipur, when you run a Live Session, on your Desktop you
should see an icon called INSTALL.. Just double click on that and use the
installer.. The tricky part is the partition manager..

So before you do this make sure you have enough Free and Contiguous  memory
for Ubuntu to use Optimally.. And when prompted by the Installer, select
(guided - use largest available.......) option.. And it should be easy..
