[ubuntu-in] Dell modem conexant RD02 D400 on ubuntu

Dear all,
I have Dell xps M1530, and have a usb modem conexant RD02 D400 but they did
not ship the drivers with that, i am helpless after googling it. can any one
of you help me please,
