[ubuntu-in] Firewall

dear all
i am trying to setup a office enviourment in the ubuntu for 5 PCs.

i also plan to give them the net access, but i would like to install a
firewall and allow only a few websites to be accessed.

does ubuntu have a default firewall?

can some1 guide in the same.
