[ubuntu-in] sound and dislay problem with ubuntu

Can we know what is your graphics card? If you dont know, please type 
this in terminal and give the output of
lspci | grep -i graphic

Goto alsamixer and try unmuting all the channels and increase the sound 
of each of them. This also happens to me after I installed ubuntu earlier.
