[ubuntu-in] Fresh new design for the forums

Hi everyone

I've just updated the design on our forums here -
http://forum.ubuntu-in.info. This design has been specifically done
for us by community member, Narinder Pal Singh. I think he's done an
awesome job on every part of the design and the forums look amazing
now! :-)
