The processor supports hardware Virtualization. Now ensure that it is 
enabled. (typically from BIOS)

Install KVM and management utilities like virt-manager from synaptic.

Start Installing and managing other OS invoking, Applications --> System 
Tools --> Virtual Machine Manager
