I hit "Reply All" button of Thunderbird, Since "Reply" sends replies 
personally. I usually set the Reply-to header before sending.

I cant suggest people those suggestions which arn't backed up with 
enough of experience.  Personal opinions are built using personal 
experiences. Isnt it?

I never said, "bad player". The better word can be "not at par with".
