These DVD iso are the entire collection of ubuntu repository.

You have to download all the iso and add to your sources.list file.

If you added all these iso files as repositories,
you wont need internet to install any package.

This will be useful for remote places where there there is no internet
connection.

I used these kind of DVDs for 8.04 and installed over 300 machines in villages.
