[ubuntu-in] Problem with login window

Hi,

I am using Ubuntu 9.04. My problem is with the login window.I have set Happy GNOME as my login window.Sometimes I get the Ubuntu Default Welcome theme(Human list) when I boot into Ubuntu.

Is there anyway to fix this ?? Can someone please help.
