[ubuntu-in] Ubuntu on DVD for Engineering college students needs

Namaste,

I had been struggling with a problem of Ubuntu availability with sw
for engg college students.

Constraint : no internet availability.

Is it possible to have a single DVD with Ubuntu base install plus + drivers +
sw support for C/C++ programming [gcc/g++/gdb/ddd/eclipse CDT/Anjuta]
+ java development [openjdk/eclipse/netbeans]
+ C# devel [mono/monodevelop]
+ DB devel [mysql]
+ octave
+ svn / git / gvim
+ freemind / etc generally useful sw

I am in touch of some MCA/engg students who can benefit from such solution.
I am sure many more may be needing it.

If such a solution is possible, it can be easily circulated with
PCQuest or another magazine and be available to mass for Rs 100/-.
