Please go to dell website and find out. I think it is very straight forward.
If you can buy abroad there is a specific site http://www.dell.com/ubuntu

Also, most of the dell drivers are supported by Linux kernel, Even I have a
dell laptop. So I can say dell hardware support is quiet good
