You can't using any browsers available in Ubuntu. None of then support
activex and that is a good thing. Activex has always been a security
nightmare.
You should try contacting the website administrators/maintainers and
tell them that it is bad idea to use activex.

In case you must use activex you can try installing internet explorer
using wine. But I really can't ptovide any advice in that regards
since the last time I tried about an year ago, it didn't work for me.
