If you are using Ubuntu, Plug the pen drive wait till it auto mounts,
unmount it, then from System --> Admin --> Disk utility--> Edit Partition
and check the bootable flag.
You can also use Gparted, Unmount the drive, right click on the partition
and select Manage Flags --> Check Bootable.
