50,000+ schools in punjab moving to foss, by adopting the government of
india's BOSS.
a linuxforyou issue long ago, mentioned several states in india, migrating
schools en masse to foss.
madhya-pradesh; karnataka; west bengal; haryana; etc.

see if you can contact lfy for details. they'd be happy to help.

am glad to hear tsrs is moving to foss adoption as well.
do remember the ubuntu machines when i visited there last year to talk on
OER.
