Ok, Suggestion - uninstall the version you installed LATER, so that you
don't wipe out the BOOT LOADER as well.
Then answer these Q's:
1. Is this a Wubi install?
2. How did you partition. Which boot loader are you using?
3. Which is the other OS?

Something tells me this is a Wubi install or a VM install.
