They are auto generated solutions. The person in charge of the idea did 
not propose a solution.


By the way brainstorm has become a mess. The ideas are just too many and 
the number of people to implement are very less.
The developer/user ratio in Ubuntu is pretty less. I have no concrete 
census to back my claim, but I feel this is one the least of all the 
distros I know.

Price to be paid for popularity.
