[ubuntu-in] Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS Is Available for Download

I meant that apt-get upgrade (just upgrading packages) is enough and that
apt-get dist-upgrade is not necessary. I dont think maintenance releases
show up in dist-upgrade.
