[ubuntu-in] [IMPORTANT] Following list guidelines

Hi All,

Lately there has been a surge in emails that do not follow this list
guidelines. Please note that the guidelines are set to enable easy
tracking of discussions in the future and keep discussions within the
frame of human sanity (some exceptions are OK ;-) ). Especially with
top-posting it becomes very difficult for someone to understand the
context when using the archives.

Help the community keep things clean.

If you have not read the guidelines and you are receiving this email,
it is high time you give it a read.
