You should join IRC channel #ubuntu-in to ask question frequently. you can
ask questions about your ubuntu problems here. This is indian community
channel. You can join #ubuntu to global community as well.

Ubuntu is on freenode server. You can join channel here
http://webchat.freenode.net/ .
Or you can install an irc client like x-chat ( just type "sudo apt-get
install xchat" in terminal).
