[ubuntu-in] Some quick updates

Hello everybody in the Indian LoCo!
As we all know, the Indian LoCo Website was down for a few months since
Nigel did not have the resources to handle the website. Today, with a brief
discussion with the LoCo council, the Indian LoCo website would be back in
a few days.
We will be needing your suggestions for the new Indian LoCo websites. Any
types of suggestions will be accepted.
Lets make a better world with Ubuntu!
