[ubuntu-in] ubuntu 12.10 is unable to boot

Hi all,
i helped one of my in installing ubuntu 12.10 on his new laptop(Acer AOD
270) over phone.
he have installed correctly. but ubuntu is not booting. it got stuck at

*Starting CUPS printing spooler/server [ok]

it get stopped here.

* Starting mDNS/DNS-SD daemon [ok]
* Starting bluetooth daemon [ok]
* Starting configure network device security [ok]
* Starting network connection manager [ok]
* Starting CUPS printing spooler/server [ok]
  **stuck at here**

what can be the problem?
