[ubuntu-in] ubuntu 12.10 is unable to boot

Hi all,
i helped one of my in installing ubuntu 12.10 on his new laptop(Acer AOD
270) over phone.
he have installed correctly. but ubuntu is not booting. it got stuck at

*Starting CUPS printing spooler/server [ok]

it get stopped here.

* Starting mDNS/DNS-SD daemon [ok]
* Starting bluetooth daemon [ok]
* Starting configure network device security [ok]
* Starting network connection manager [ok]
* Starting CUPS printing spooler/server [ok]
  **stuck at here**

what can be th e problem?

There shouldn't be a problem in installing ubuntu on acer aod 270, how do i
know? I am writing this email from same hardware having installed Lubuntu
12.04 (light version of ubuntu)

The problem you might have encountered is incorrect graphics driver, acer
aod 270 is very good piece but it doesnt have open source driver for its
graphic card (Intel GMA500 i suppose)

What i suggest is check this link:

apparently our hardware has issues with kernel 3.5 series which ubuntu
12.10 uses

Also I suggest, try installing L/ubuntu 12.04, and to enable graphic
acceleration, check this link. I did it works flawlessly(can view HD movies
without much cpu load)
