[ubuntu-in] Plug and Play Mobile Broadband devices

Hi Ramnarayan,

Huawei E173 device is plug and play, which just needs to be enabled in 
network manager by selecting sim card's network once and thereafter with 
single click on network manager. And also most of the Huawei mobile 
broadband(data cards) devices available in India works out of the box 
with ubuntu/fedora or in any other GNU/Linux for that matter.

You can also install modem-manager-gui to check data balance of your 3g 
connection.
