[ubuntu-in] How to completely remove a software installed via ./run or

Hey :-) , thanks
i ran the install from a folder within my /home/ram/foo folder
so what would i need to do to create a sand box
second - even if the software was being installed from a .run should have
an uninstall option , naa. I guess its not a ubuntu issue but more the
software developer issue.
