[ubuntu-in] Transfer of leadership to the Loco Council

Hi Team,

Hope all of you guys are doing great :)

The purpose of this mail, is the LoCo Council [1] is contemplating a
leadership transfer to itself since we have received minimal response
from the team during our constant informal check-ins and we believe we
needed to support the team in the best possible ways to motivate and
energize the team.

So we have planned a leadership takeover for a few weeks (or even a
couple of months) to get involved and give support to the team
rejuvenating, motivating and taking the team forward actively.

If anyone in the team has objections/comments, Please let us know (the
loco-council mail id is cc'ed in this mail.
