[ubuntu-in] Update Re: Indic Support for Scribus

Hi

To report that Scribus nightly/daily build , and i suppose the eventual
release Scribus Version 1.5.3 supports indic / hindi devnagari.

After use found that the noto series of fonts work really well as compared
to the lohit fonts. The noto series have font formatting (bold italics,
etc) while the same does not exist for the lohit series
