Setting +R/#ubuntu-unregged in #ubuntu

if I set /mode +R #ubuntu, does the redirect to #ubuntu-unregged get set up
automagically, or is there another step (set of steps?) we've got to go
thru?

Just had the first bot attack on #ubuntu in a while, and lilo saved our
bacon (again) - and I realized I'd never asked about setting
+R/#ubuntu-unregged...
