Setting +R/#ubuntu-unregged in #ubuntu

In most cases that's probably what you'd want to do, yes. +r stops 
unregistered users from joining, so if there is a mass of bots join/parting, 
then that will stop them and force them into #ubuntu-unregged, until you 
set -r.
