The behavior of this user in #ubuntu-women was inappropriate, but none of our
ops were around. In fact, no one in channel was directly harassed outside of
the channel that I know of and they did not return after the initial incident.

This user is less of a problem than others have been in the past, because of
the nature of #ubuntu-women we tend to attract such trolls on a more regular
basis than the other *ubuntu- channels I am regularly active in.

Just a quick note about the accessibility of -women: As an official Ubuntu
channel we are subject to whatever guidelines are put in place regarding
"normalizing" the ops list. When this is settled in the future I hope this "no
control over" issue will no longer exist. Until then, I'm on this list at least
to make sure our bans and standards are up to speed with the rest of the
*ubuntu- channels.
