Resigning my ops

Ok, this lists all kind of places I have ops, including places I
didn't even know I been granted them. What do I thus do with this long
list? The lvl 30 stuff I know I need to deal with myself, but what
about the lvl 10 access? Shall I ping an ops privately to get my
access removed?
