Channel setup for Gutsy release

I don't think this is a good idea. #ubuntu is going to be swamped with
upgrade questions anyway, might as well answer them than try to force
people to #ubuntu+1 and end up getting them agitated. Would probably
generate just as much traffic nudging them over anyway.
