Forgot to mention - Freenode cloaked people (helpers and staff) - we
won't remove you - Freenode has vouched that you're good people, by
giving you your cloak. Also people with Ubuntu membership cloaks, where
Ubuntu has vouched that you're good people. (where good people
definetly won't flood the channel)
Oh, and thanks for the work you do :)
