New Bantracker bot commands

Just to let you all know, @bansearch will now send you a direct link to 
the log for the ban(s) found with all lines from the nick highlighted on 
the log.
It's not quite perfect as yet, hostname lookup needs some work, But 
everything works well so far.

Please test out these commands and let me know if there are any issues 
or features you would like.
