I'm very willing to support the recommendations you made to the council.
I've obviously made my unhappiness at the status quo, and in my
conversations with the council members they seemed to understand that
the culture within the IRC team needs to be improved from its current
state. I think some kind of statement from the Council setting forth
some point about where we need that change is a good next step.
