IRC Council voting for term 2016-2018 in progress

Hello,

I have started the voting for 3 slots on the IRCC. Except for 5 members
of the IRC Team (for which I do not have email address in file) all of
the current Ubuntu IRC Team ][1] members should have received (or are
soon receiving) an email for voting.

If you have NOT received such email please contact me.

Voting is expected to end 2016-02-19, at or around 12:00 UTC.
