[ubuntu-it] aggiornamento pacchetti

ciao a tutti,
ho un problema riguardo ad alcuni problemi da me compilati.
Per diversi problemi, ho scaricato i sorgenti di alcuni programmi  e li ho 
ricompilati (apt-get -b source <package>).
tutto ok, solo che ogni volta che faccio partire un apt-get upgrade, il 
sistema mi segnala che devo aggiornare quei pacchetti. La cosa dovrebbe 
essere impossibile, visto che le versioni del programma sono identiche.
Ecco un esempio:

Il primo è quello "originale", che tenta ogni volta di installare. il secondo 
è quello che sto usando e che è in una mia repository personale. vedo che 
cambiano dimensioni e MD5sum (ovviamente), ma la versione è la stessa tanto 
che con i pin non riesco a fare nulla.

Esiste un modo per dire quale pacchetto mantenere?
