Passaggio a Breeze

Ho deciso che provo il passaggio a Breeze. Ma volevo un consiglio:
faccio un pat-get dist-upgrade o installo da CD? Nel primo caso,
avendo in sources.list questi rep

devo solo sostituire il termine breeze a hoary? Giusto? Ma i backports
li levo via?
Nel secondo una domanda banale, forse idiota: io ho bisogno di LAMP,
che non 'cè nel CD: quali repository dovrò quindi aggiungere? e la
dentro LAMP c'è già?
