[ubuntu-it] totem

ciao a tutti,
ho un problema con totem... praticamente non sono mai riuscito a vederci 
niente, sia che apra un .wmv un .mpeg o n .avi mi si impalla subito e mi da 
un errore come: 'impossibile vedere la risorsa in scrittura'
cosa devo settare? esiste un programma piu` funzionale?
