basta che vai qua e aggiungi questi repository:

http://www.clamav.net/binary.html

/stable/sarge/:
|deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian-volatile sarge/volatile main|
/testing/etch/:
|deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian-volatile etch/volatile main

secondo me anche quelli debian vanno bene lo stesso, altrimenti devi 
aspettare che la ubuntu ti dia l'ultimo pacchetto.
