[ubuntu-it] impossibile avviare k3b da utente normale

Ciao a tutti,
sulla mia dapper, ho installato k3b, che andava benissimo quando avevo
breezy. Purtroppo riesco solo ad avviarlo con sudo. Da utente normale
ho questo errore:

manuel a A4E:~$ k3b
