Ho cercato in ubuntu 6.10 Sistema-Amministrazione-Dischi, che ero
abituato a vedere nella 6.06, ma non l'ho trovato.

Ho scoperto, girando in rete, che e' stato eliminato nella nuova
versione di Gnome, e che e' stato sostituito da pysdm, scaricabile con
synaptic:

PySDM is a Storage Device Manager that allows full customization of hard
disk mountpoints without manually access to fstab.
It also allows the creation of udev rules for dynamic configuration of
storage devices

              * Partition autodetection

Una volta installato, lo si ritrova in Sistema-Amministrazione-Storage
