[ubuntu-it] File mp3: decoder per vari formati e tag editor

Ciao a tutti,

mi sapreste indicare un software "universale" (scusate l'uso improprio
del termine) per le conversioni da .mpc, flac., .ape/.cue, .wav in
mp3? E un altro per mettere i tag agevolmente a questi file?
