[Ubuntu-l10n-eng] Could we all compile a GPG keyring for this group?

Exchange does POP3 and IMAP without issue (I have an MCP certification in
Exchange, so I know of what I speak).  Talk to your sysadmins about getting
the access details, or enabling the services if not readily available.
