The description of  "Off-the-Record Messaging" plugin (from tools ->
plugin menu) isn't translated in Italian. In fact, even in the system
with italian language I can read the english message

"Off-the-record Messaging 3.1.0
Provides private and secure conversations"

Tested with Ubuntu Hardy (x86-64)
