Operating System Urdu Localization discussion group. 

You should consult Linux Pakistan and institutes that are advertising these
certifications.

but ms based cources are still running we usually listen about these cources
in newspapers also.

you should try to hack stuff your self ... try reading books there are
rhce and LPI books available ... certification is only for HR of some

books and start reading ... certifications are banned today but wont
be for long ... dont worry .. what matters is that you are "Cheeta"
of your work
