Right, and that is useful, but OOo's policy is that all development  
take place, when possible, on the appropriate development list. In  
this case that is dev at l10n.openoffice.org. As the point here is to  
localize the app. to the regionally related group of languages, the  
l10n list seems most apt. Other ancillary discussions of course can  
take place on the NLC lists.
